Here’s a quick list of things to know before your carpet cleaning appointment:

Clear the area: Please move small furniture and personal items from the rooms being cleaned.
Vacuum if possible: A light vacuum beforehand helps, though we’ll handle the deep cleaning.
Secure pets: Keep pets in a separate room or area for their safety and ours.
Plan for drying time: Carpets may take 4–8 hours to fully dry—keep foot traffic light during this time.
Point out trouble spots: Let us know about any stains or areas of concern when we arrive.
